DHAKA, Sept 29, 2020 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of noted academician Professor AFM Shamsul Huda, former principal of Kishoreganj Gurudayal College.
In a condolence message, the President said, ”The country has lost a prominent academician at the death of Professor Shamsul Huda.”
He prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Prof Huda was the teacher of President Abdul Hamid. He was also the elected Vice-President (VP) of the Gurudayal College Student’s Union in late sixties.
Shamsul Huda passed away this noon due to old-age complications at the age of 90.
