Amu mourns death of Attorney General Mahbubey Alam
DHAKA, Sept 27, 2020 (BSS) – Awami League Advisory Council Member and 14-party alliance spokesperson Amir Hossain Amu today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Attorney General Mahbubey Alam.
In a condolence message, the AL veteran leader recalled Alam’s contributions to the country’s law arena and said his death (Alam’s) caused an irreparable loss to the nation.
Amu prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
The state’s chief legal officer Mahbubey Alam breathed his last at the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) around 7:25 this evening.
