MOSCOW, Sept 27, 2020 (BSS/AFP) – Russia on Sunday called for an immediate ceasefire and the start of talks after heavy fighting broke out between Azerbaijan and Armenian separatists.
“We are calling on the sides to immediately halt fire and begin talks to stabilise the situation,” the foreign ministry said.
