BD A, SL A 1st 4-day match end in a draw

DHAKA, June 29, 2018 (BSS)- The first four-day match between Bangladesh A and Sri Lanka A ended in a high scoring draw at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in Chittagong today.

Bangladesh dismissed their first innings at 414 on the fourth and final day in reply to their first innings total of 449 runs for 8 (decl)

Back with a narrow 35 runs first innings lead, Sri Lanka started their second innings on the fourth day and piled up 262 for 2 at stumps.

Lahiru Thirimanne of Sri Lankan was named the player of the match for his impressive batting performance.
