11 held over attack on intern doctor in Ctg
CHATTOGRAM, Aug 14, 2020 (BSS)-Chattogram Metropolitan Police arrested 11 students from Chawkbazar area in the port citythis afternoon in connection with an attack on an intern doctor of Chattogram Medical College (CMC).
Muhammad Ruhul Amin, officer-in-charge (OC) of Chawkbazar thana, told BSS that 11 CMC students have been arrested from Chawkbazar area in connection with a case filed over an attack on an intern doctor in Chawkbazar area after a fight at CMC hostel.
OC Ruhul Amin said intern doctor Awal Rafi filed a case last night.
Meanwhile, the students were sent before a court and the court granted them bail, he added.
