JERUSALEM, June 27, 2018 (BSS/XINHUA) – Israel launched Tuesday night a
chat robot with innovative digital interface, aiming to provide a digital and
immediate solution to the Palestinians.
The service, given by Israeli Army Coordination Unit for Government
Activities in the Palestinian Territories, will be available on the unit’s
website and in its Facebook page in Arabic, providing service 24 hours a day.
The chat robot understands a human language, analyzes the messages it
receives, and finally returns the most appropriate answers to the residents.
The answers will cover a variety of fields, such as issuing permits,
employment, economy, electricity, agriculture and checkpoints, providing the
residents information in their daily life.
