Pilot killed as training plane crashes in southeastern Turkey
ANKARA, June 27, 2018 (BSS/Xinhua) – A training plane crashed Wednesday
morning in Turkey’s southeastern Adiyaman province, killing one pilot on
board, local media reported.
The plane belonging to the Aeronautics and Astronautics Faculty of
Gaziantep University crashed in a field, Dogan News Agency reported.
Rescue teams rushed to the scene and found the pilot dead. An investigation
to determine the cause of the crash is underway.
