DHAKA, Aug 18, 2017 (BSS) – Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at a few places in Rangpur, Mymensingh, Barisal, Chittagong and Sylhet divisions and at one or two places in Rajshahi, Dhaka and Khulna divisions with moderately heavy falls at places across the country.
Day and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, said a met office release here today.
Country’s highest temperature was recorded 35.1 degree Celsius at Sylhet on Thursday and minimum temperature 23.6 degree Celsius at Sitakunda today.
Highest rainfall was recorded 75 millimeters (mm) at Srimangal for the last 24 hours commencing at 6 am today.
The sun sets at 6.29 pm today and sunrises at 5.35am tomorrow in the capital.
