Nasim urges BNP to prepare for election instead of movement

DHAKA, June 19, 2018 (BSS) – Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammed
Nasim today urged BNP leaders to get ready for the next general election
instead of waging movement.

“Please get prepared for the next election instead of launching movement,”
he said, adding, “BNP should join the election at any cost and I hope that
they will do so.”

Nasim was speaking while visiting the construction work of expanding
portion of the National Institute of Traumatology & Orthopaedic
Rehabilitation (NITOR) at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar in the city.

He said no political party can survive without taking part in election and
BNP has already has become weak for not participating in the last polls, he
said.

Minister for Housing and Public Works Engineer Mosharraf Hossain, State
Minister for Health Zahid Maleque, Health Services Division secretary M
Serajul Huq Khan and NITOR Director Professor Dr Abdul Gani Molla were
present, among others, accompanied the minister.

About the treatment of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, Nasim he said,
“We have arranged the best treatment for her but we have nothing to do if she
does not receive it.”

He also visited the construction work of the National Institute Of
Digestive Diseases, Research and Hospital (NIDDRH) at Mohakhali.
