DHAKA, June 19, 2018 (BSS) – Light to moderate rain or thunder showers
accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flashes is likely to occur
at many places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Sylhet and
Chattrogram divisions and at a few places over Khulna and Barisal divisions.
Moderately heavy to heavy falls at also may occur at that time over the
places, said a Met bulletin.
Mild to moderate heat wave may sweep over Khulna division and the regions
of Faridpur, Madaripur, Gopalgonj, Rajshahi and Pabna and it may abate from
some places for the next 24 hours commencing from 9 am today.
Day and night temperature may fall by 1-3 degree Celsius over the country.
Country’s highest temperature on Monsday was recorded 39.7 degree Celsius
at Chuadanga today’s minimum temperature 21.3 degree Celsius at Mymensingh.
The sun sets today at 6.48 pm and rises at 5.11 am tomorrow in the
capital.
