HABIGANJ, Aug 18, 2017 (BSS) – Police, in regular drives from Thursday afternoon to this morning, arrested 22 accused including 18 warranted accused from different areas of the district.
Nazim Uddin, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP), said they were picked up from different areas of the district on various charges.
Several cases, including charges of subversive activities, are pending with different police stations against the arrested persons, the sources added.
The arrested were sent to jail
