JS body discusses preparation of Mujib Year
DHAKA, March 4, 2020 (BSS) – Parliamentary Standing Committee on Youth and Sports today discussed the latest preparation for celebrating the Mujib Year-2020 in details.
The discussion held at the 7th meeting of the committee at the Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Bhaban with its Chairman Abdullah Al Islam Jakob in the chair, an official release said.
State minister for youth and sports Zahid Hasan Russell and other committee members including Nazmul Hassan, Abdus Salam Murshedi, Jewel Areng, A M Naimur Rahman, Mahabub Ara Begum Gini and Zakia Tabassum were also present in the meeting.
During the meeting, the members also had discussion on the overall situation of Bangladesh Archery Federation, Bangladesh Athletics Federation and Bangabandhu Krirasebi Kalyan Foundation
Youth and sports secretary and other officials concerned of the ministry and parliament secretariat were also present.
