DHAKA, Aug 10, 2017(BSS)- Sheikh Kamal International Martial Arts’ Competition is going to be organized in Dhaka from December 24 to 26, 2017.
The competition is split into two sections and the second part will be held in Kolkata from 29 to 31 December 1971.
This was announced by the president of the Martial Arts’ Confederation and Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu, MP at a press conference held at the National Sports’ Council at Paltan.
The logo for the games will be selected from the Sheikh Kamal and Begum Fazilatunnesa Mujib Memorial Children’s Art Competition which will be held on August 18, 2017 on the premises of Dhaka University’s Institute of Fine Arts’. The games will be held at the Mohammad Ali Kick- Boxing Stadium of the Bangabandhu Sports’ Complex, Sheikh Russell Sports’ Complex and National Sports’ Council Gymnasium.
Transport cost of leaders and coaches of foreign participants will be borne by the Confederation and the transport cost, accommodation and food of Bangladesh players, organizers, judges, administrative staff and journalists, both TV, will also be borne by the Confederation.
