US Embassy to remain closed on June 13, 17
DHAKA, June 11, 2018 (BSS) – The US Embassy in Dhaka, including its
Consular Section and the American Center, will remain closed on June 13 and
17 next in observance of Shab-e-Qudr and Eid-ul-Fitr respectively.
Shab-e-Qadr and Eid-ul-Fitr are national holidays in Bangladesh
However, emergency services for American citizens will be available, a
press release said.
The US Embassy requested all to call 5566-2000 and ask for the duty
officer in case of receiving emergency services.
