DHAKA,Aug.9,2017(BSS)-Touring Bangladesh national hockey team played to an impressive hockey as they came from behind to force Gansu Gobis Club of China to settle for a 2-2 goal draw in their third practice match held on Wednesday in Gansu Province in China. In the day’s match, Mainul Islam Koushik and Naim Uddin scored one goal each for Bangladesh in the 51st and 58th minutes respectively while Sang Zheng and Yang Joun netted one goal apiece for China in the 4th and 27th minutes.
Earlier, Bangladesh lost both their previous practice matches against the same opponent by slender margin.
On Thursday last, a 22-member Bangladesh National Hockey team left for China to play eight preparatory matches against different local teams of Ghansu Province as part of their preparation for the Hero 10th Men’s Asia Cup scheduled for October 11-22 in Dhaka.
