‘Bangladesh Gallery’ to be set up at Rabindra Bharati University
tomorrow
KOLKATA, Feb 7, 2020 (BSS) – With the initiative of Kolkata High
Commission ‘Bangladesh Gallery’ will be set up at Rabindra Bharati
University tomorrow.
“State Minister for Cultural Affairs KM Khalid will inaugurate the
‘Bangladesh Gallery’ on Rabindra Bharati University premises tomorrow
afternoon,” Deputy High Commissioner Toufique Hassan told a press
conference today.
Students and visitors of Rabindra Bharati University will get to know
about Bangladesh through this gallery, he commented.
Besides, `Bangladesh Day’ will be celebrated at Kolkata International
Book Fair on Monday and the main theme of the event will be-
‘Bangabandhu’s birth centenary and implementing the dream of Sonar
Bangla’.
Bangladesh State Minister for Cultural Affairs KM Khalid will attend the
programme as special guest with secretary of the cultural affairs ministry
Abu Hena Mostafa Kamal in the chair.
