GOPALGANJ, Jan 28, 2020 (BSS) – Three schoolboys were killed and another was injured under the wheels of a train at Biswanathpur level crossing in Kashiani upazila of the district this noon.
The deceased were identified as Easin Sharif, 16, hailed from Naora Dola
village of the upazila, Raihan Ruhin, 15, an inhabitant of Hironnokandi
village and Amin Khandoker, 15. All of them were the students of Joynagar High School.
Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Kashiani Thana Azizur Rahman said the accident occurred when a train hit them around 2:30 pm as they were crossing the rail level for Bashpur riding on a motorcycle, leaving the trio dead on the spot.
Critically injured Shohan was taken to Kashiani Hospital, the OC added.
