DHAKA, Jan 23, 2020 (BSS) – Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq today said the International Court of Justice (ICJ) verdict on Rohingya atrocities is a victory for all peace-loving people across the globe.
“All the people of the world want to see the Rohingya crisis to get solved. This crisis would be solved when Myanmar takes the Rohingyas back and gives them their lands back,” Anisul said.
The minister said these while addressing a function of Dhaka University LLM Lawyers’ Association at Dhaka Club this evening.
Presided over by association president Advocate SM Munir, the function was also addressed by Justice Mirza Hussain Haider, Justice AKM Abdul Hakim, Justice Md Rezaul Hasan, Supreme Court Bar Association president AKM Amin Uddin, general secretary Barrister AM Mahbub Uddin Khokon and advocate Joynul Abedin, among others.
