New Year golf tournament kick off
DHAKA, Dec 27, 2019 (BSS) – Priyoprangon New Year Cup Golf Tournament- 2020 kicked off today at Army Golf Club at Dhaka Cantonment here.
Quarter Master General Lieutenant General of Bangladesh Army M Shamsul Haque inaugurated the four-day tournament in the morning, an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) press release said.
There would be five categories — senior, junior, regular ladies and veteran–in the tournament arranged with amateur golfers.
A total of 700 players, including some foreigners, will participate in the tournament.
The tournament will end with New Year celebration and prize giving ceremony on December 31.
