DHAKA, Nov 17, 2019 (BSS) – The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD)
today predicted mostly dry weather over the country in next 24 hours
commencing at 9am today.
“Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the
country…Light fog may occur at some places over the country during early
morning tomorrow”, said a BMD bulletin issued here this morning.
The night temperature may fall slightly over western part of the country
and it may remain nearly unchanged elsewhere over the country.
Additionally, the day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the
country, added the bulletin.
The bulletin also predicted that the night temperature may fall further for
the next 72 hours from 9am today across the country.
The maximum temperature in the country on Friday was recorded at 33.2
degrees Celsius in Cox’s bazar of Chattogram division and lowest temperature
today was recorded 16.2 degrees Celsius in Tetulia of Rangpur division.
However, no rain was traced in the last 24 hours till 6am today.
Today’s sunset will be at 5.12pm and tomorrow’s sunrise at 6.15am in the
capital.
