Bangladesh reaches Indore to play Test series

NAGPUR, Nov 11, 2019 (BSS)- Bangladesh shifts their focus to Test series
after squandering a golden chance to clinch the three-match T20 series as
they reached Indore on Monday.

With those two-match Test series, Bangladesh will open their World Test
Championship game.

The Indore will host the first Test from November 14 while the second
Test, which is a day-night affair for the first time for both Bangladesh and
India, is on November 22 in Kolkata.

The Bangladesh team reached Indore with 14 available members as Mosaddek
Hossain Saikat had to leave for Bangladesh due to family emergency.

The team management is yet to announce the replacement of Mosaddek.

The members of the T20 team alongside Mosaddek also left Nagpur for Dhaka.
Earlier, eight members of the Test team joined the side in Nagpur ahead of
the third T20.

However, Bangladesh took rest for whole day after reaching Indore and they
will start practice from tomorrow, the team management said.

Bangladesh Test Squad: Shadman Islam, Imrul Kayes, Saif Hassan, Mominul
Haque (Cap), Liton Kumar, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah Riyad, Mohammad
Mithun, Mehedi Hasan Miraz, Taijul Islam, Nayeen Hasan, Mustafizur Rahman, Al
Amain Hossain, Abu Jayed and Ebadot Hossain.
