JUJA condoles death of Azizur Rahman
DHAKA, May 31, 2018 (BSS) – Jahangirnagar University Journalists’
Association (JUJA) today expressed deep shock at the death of Md Azizur
Rahman, a former joint secretary of the government and father of JUJA’s
former president and BSS chief news editor Anisur Rahman.
In a condolence message, JUJA president Nur Alam Himel and its general
secretary Abdullah Al Mamun Niloy prayed for eternal peace of the departed
soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members.
Azizur Rahman died of a cardiac arrest at a city hospital at 12.55 pm
today at the age of 84.
