DSCC councilor Mominul Haque Sayeed removed
DHAKA, October 17, 2019 (BSS) – The government has removed AKM Mominul Haque Sayeed from the post of ward councilor of Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC).
The LGRD and Cooperatives Ministry on Thursday issued an order on his removal.
According to the order, Sayeed was earlier served show-cause notice for remaining absent in 13 meetings among 18 of the city corporation and staying abroad without taking permission of the LGRD and Cooperatives Ministry. But he could not present logical reply to the show-cause notices for his self-defence. That is why he has been removed.
