Speaker off to France
DHAKA, May 30, 2018 (BSS)-Jatiya Sangsad Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin
Chaudhury left here today for Paris join an international conference on
Rohingya crisis at the invitation of the French Parliament, according to an
official release.
The convention tilted “International Conference on the Rohingya’s
situation in Myanmar and Bangladesh” is scheduled to be held in the French
capital on June 1.
During the meeting, the Speaker will exchange her views with the concerned
experts on the Rohingya crisis.
High official of the parliament secretariat, including Senior Secretary
Abdur Rab Hawlader, were present at the Shahjalal International Airport to
see off the Speaker.
The Speaker will return home on June 4.
