Govt working to create skilled manpower: Palak

NATORE, April 30, 2018 (BSS) – State Minister for Information and Communication Technology Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak today said the government has been working to create skilled manpower to ensure their better access to job markets.

“The government is working to turn the human resources into skilled workforce to fulfill the demand of foreign labor market,” he said.

Palak was speaking as the chief guest at the foundation stone laying ceremony of Sherkole Technical Training Center at Singra upazila of Natore.

He said the government has implemented various projects to create skilled manpower by organizing time-befitting training for all. Through freelancing, the young generation is now earning sitting at home.

Palak urged the local people to cast their votes for the symbol ‘boat’ in the next election.

Singra upazila executive officer Sandip Kumer Sarker presided over the programme while Executive Engineer of Public Department Jahidul Islam, Deputy project Director Mohammad Salauddin, Singra upazila Awami League president Ohidur Rahman Sheikh, Sherkole UP Chairman Lutful Habib Rubel, among others, were present.
