MUDARABA-BOND
IFIL, Capitec, ICB Capital sign agreement for issuing of Mudaraba Bond
DHAKA, June 25, 2019 (BSS) – Islamic Finance and Investment Limited (IFIL) today signed agreement for issuance of “IFIL Mudaraba Non-Convertible Fully Redeemable Subordinated Bond of BDT 300.00 Crore” with Capitec Asset Management Limited (Arranger) and ICB Capital Management Limited (Trustee and Issue Manager) at IFIL head office at Tejgaon in the city.
Managing Director and CEO of IFIL AZM Saleh, Managing Director of Capitec Asset Management Limited M Mahfuzur Rahman and Chief Executive Officer (Additional Charge) of ICB Capital Management Limited M Sohel Rahman signed the agreement on behalf of the respective organizations.
Chairman of the Board of Directors of IFIL Anwar Hossain Chowdhury, Chairman of Capitec Asset Management Limited Hasan Rahman, along with other high officials of these organizations, were present in the occasion.
