DHAKA, June 23, 2019 (BSS) – Criminal Investigation Department (CID) today submitted chargesheet against 125 people including 87 students of Dhaka University (DU) in a case lodged over leaking of question paper of admission test of the univarsity.
CID submitted the chargesheet before Dhaka metropolitan magistrate court this afternoon, General Registration Officer at court of Shahbagh Police Station Sub-Inspector Nizam Uddin told BSS.
The case was filed on October 20, 2017, as the question paper of DU admission test got leaked. CID arrested two DU students Mamun and Rana in this connection. An admission seeker named Rafi was also detained by CID after that.
The CID in its probe found that a gang used to leak the question papers from printing press before the examinations start.
