COX’S BAZAR, May 26, 2019 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested a man with one lakh pieces of yaba tablets from Hatiarghona area under Teknaf upazila of the district in the early hours of today.
The arrested was identified as Abdul Amin, 29.
Commander of RAB-15 major Mehedi Hassan said, on information, a team of the
elite force conducted a raid in the area and nabbed Abdul Amin with the
contraband drugs.
Later, Abdul Amin was handed over to the Teknaf Thana Police, he said,
adding “The RAB men also seized a CNG-run auto-rickshaw during the drive.”
