Booters go through first training session in Bangkok

DHAKA, May 24, 2019 (BSS) – The Bangladesh national football team went through their first training session this (Saturday) morning at Air Force Football Ground in Bangkok Thailand, according to a message received here today from Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF).

The morning session’s training was followed by swimming for recovery of the team.

Earlier, Bangladesh team reached at Bangkok Thailand safely after two and half hours journey by Thai Airlines from Dhaka to Bangkok Friday evening to take part a ten-day intensive training camp.

Bangladesh national football team manager Satyajit Das Rupu and team contingent are cordially received by Thai Football Federation at the Airport.

Everybody in the team are physically sound and fit. Bangladesh Team has been accommodated at Asia Airport Hotel. The team’s hotel environment is very nice and the weather condition is also good.

During the camp, the boys in red and green will also play two friendly matches against two Thai Premier League Clubs as a part of preparation matches against Laos for the qualifying round matches of FIFA World Cup 2022.

In this phase, Bangladesh and Laos will face each other twice. The first leg will be held in Laos’ capital of Vientiane on June 6 while the second leg is scheduled to be on June 11 in Dhaka.

After the ten days camp in Thailand, the Bangladesh national football team will set for Laos on June 3.
