DHAKA, May 23, 2019 (BSS) – Information minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today
expressed deep shock at the death of Nazrul Sangeet exponent, researcher and
Ekushey Padak winning singer Khalid Hossain.
In a condolence message, the information minister recalled his
contribution to the field of music, especially Nazrul Sangeet and prayed for
peace of his departed soul.
Dr Hasan conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family of the singer.
In a message state minister for information Dr Md Murad Hasan expressed
profound shock at the death of Khalid Hossain. He prayed for peace of the
departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family.
