Science Fair concludes in Narsingdi
NARSINGDI, March 31, 2018 (BSS)-The three-day Science Fair and Science
Olympiad organized by the district administration concluded here on Friday.
The concluding ceremony of the fair organized as part of the observance of
the National Science and Technology Week was held on the premises of
Narsingdi Ideal High School.
Deputy Commissioner Narsingdi Seyda Farhana Kawnine attended the function
as the chief guest with Additional Deputy Commissioner (Education &ICT)
Shaiful Islam in the chair.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Abdul Awal was present in the
function as special guest.
Among others, Executive Magistrate (NDC) Masudul Hoque, District Education
Officer Harun-or Rashid Sarker addressed the concluding the function.
Later, the deputy commissioner handed over prizes among the best three
students who took part in an extempore speech competition on ‘merit is
wealth, science and technology is future.’
She also distributed prizes among the best four stalls of the fair.
