FFs to get digital certificates, identity cards soon: Mozammel Haq
DHAKA, May 08, 2019 (BSS) – Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haq today said the government is working to provide the Freedom Fighters (FFs) with digital certificates and identity cards quickly.
“Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is working relentlessly to change the country’s socio-economic condition as well as the government’s working system into a digitalized one,” the minister said while inaugurating the service week at Paribahan Pool Bhaban adjacent of the secretariat here.
The government will also transform the activities of the Liberation War Affairs ministry and its subordinate organizations into a digitalized system aimed at providing the freedom fighters easier and trouble free services, he added.
The minister said when the programme is completed; the freedom fighters will get digital cards and their honorium under electronic system possibly from next fiscal year.
