SANGSAD BHABAN, April 25, 2019 (BSS) – Agriculture Minister Dr M Abdur Razzak today said Bangladesh has earned Taka 20.39 crore from the tea export abroad.
The minister said this on behalf of the Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi while responding to a query placed by treasury bench lawmaker Enamul Haq of Rajshahi-4 in the Jatiya Sangsad here.
In 2018, Bangladesh has earned Taka 20,39,32,104 from tea export, he said, adding that a total of 6,45,454 kilograms tea was exported during this time.
