Training for teachers of Temple base education begins in Gaibandha

GAIBANDHA, April 24, 2019 (BSS) – A 3-day long training course for the
teachers of Temple base Children and Mass Education Programme has begun at
the auditorium of Zila Shilpakala Academy of the town here on Tuesday
afternoon.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Abdul Matin addressed the inaugural session as the
chief guest while assistant director of the programme Hamidur Rahman in the
chair.

Chief adviser of Gaibandha Press Club Gobinda Lal Das, principal Paresh
Chandra Sarker, president of Bangladesh Puja Celebration Parishad, district
unit, Ranajit Bakshi Surjya, general secretary Dipak Kumar Paul, professor
Ziban Kumar Saha and journalist Uzzal Kumar Chakrabartee.

DC Abdul Matin in his speech urged the teachers to be serious and active to
complete the training course successfully and apply the knowledge of the
training properly in teaching activity to make the programme a grand success.

The teachers are being imparted training on education and its necessity,
Gender, pre-primary and mass education, lesson plan, children psychology,
Bangla alphabet and its correct pronunciation.

After the training, the trainees will also be given certificates from the
programme.

A total of 90 teachers of the district are taking part in the training.
