Hasan condoles death of journalist leader Swapan Kumar
DHAKA, March 27, 2019 (BSS) – Information Minister Dr Hasan Mahmud today
expressed deep shock at the death of former general secretary of Chattogram
Union of Journalists (CUJ) Swapan Kumar Mohajon.
In a condolence message, the minister recalling his outstanding
contributions said the death of Swapan is an irreparable loss in the arena of
journalism.
Hasan prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep
sympathy to the bereaved family.
Swapan died of brain hemorrhage today at the age of 67. He left behind his
wife, a son and a daughter, a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn his
death.
