Drawing competition held at IU
ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY, March 13, 2019 (BSS) – A drawing competition for
children was held at Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia today on the occasion
of National Children’s day and 99th birth anniversary of Father of the Nation
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Dr M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari inaugurated the
competition as the chief guest at Birshrestha Hamidur Rahman Auditorium on
the day. Over 100 students of IU Laboratory School took part in the
competition.
IU Syndicate member Prof Dr M Mahbubar Rahman conducted the inaugural
session while Pro-VC Prof Dr M Shahinoor Rahman, Treasurer Prof Dr M Selim
Toha and acting register S M Abdul Latif were present as special guests.
