Women’s 2019 World Cup countdown advisory
PARIS, Feb 26, 2019 (BSS/AFP) – The 2019 Women’s World Cup will be held in France from June 7 to July 7, with the United States defending the trophy they won in Canada four years ago.
This Wednesday, February 27, marks 100 days until the start of the competition, with the opening game between host nation France and South Korea in Paris.
With the countdown now on, AFP Sport is this week filing the first package of features shining a light on the women’s game and building up to the tournament.
