NARAIL, Feb 24, 2019 (BSS) – Awami League (AL) has nominated its three
candidates for contesting chairmen posts in three upazilas of the district as
part of participating in third phase of upazila polls scheduled to be held on
March 24.
District Unit AL General Secretary Nizam Uddin Khan Nilu for sadar upazila,
its District Unit Member Rashidul Bashar Dollar for Lohagara upazila and
Upazila AL General Secretary Krishnapad Ghosh for Kalia upazila have been
nominated as AL candidates for contesting the UZ polls in the district with
its election symbol “Boat”, AL District President Subash Chandra Bose
confirmed today.
Bangladesh Awami League yesterday finalized its candidates for the
chairmen posts in the third phase of upazila parishad polls.
