TeleTalk to be made country’s top mobile operator: Jabbar
DHAKA, Feb 16, 2019 (BSS): Posts, Telecommunications and Information
Technology Minister Mustafa Jabbar today said that the government will make
TeleTalk the country’s top most mobile phone operator within his tenure.
“Bangladesh will enter into the Wonderful innovation of the IT world 5G-
Technology through the company,” said Jabbar.
The minister came up with the comment at an award giving ceremony of
‘TeleTalk Inter-Division Cricket Tournament-2019’at the Jagannath Hall
playground of Dhaka University (DU), says a press release.
“Prime Minister uplifted Bangladesh to the digital revolution stage in
global leadership. We will face every challenge of TeleTalk under her
leadership,” said Jabbar.
“Sport increases physical and mental excellence. Social media introduces
us to each other but sports bring us closer to each other,” said Jabbar.
Sales and Distribution department of TeleTalk became champion while
Marketing and Project department became the runner-up in the competition.
Mustafa Jabbar, a former student of DU reminisced about his campus life
at the function.
