Dry weather likely
DHAKA, Feb 15, 2019 (BSS) – Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD)
today predicted that weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky
over the country in the next 24-hour commencing 9 am today.
However, there are chances of rain or thunder showers at one or two places
over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions.
Night temperature may rise slightly and day temperature may remain nearly
unchanged over the country, a Met office bulletin said.
Light fog may occur at places over the river basins of the country during
early morning.
The highest temperature in the country was recorded 33 degrees Celsius at
Sitakunda in Chattogram division yesterday, while today’s minimum temperature
is 11.4 degrees Celsius at Srimangal in Sylhet division.
The sun sets at 5:54 pm today and rises at 6:32 am tomorrow in the capital.
