DHAKA, Feb 12, 2019 (BSS) – The Election Commission (EC) today accepted
the nomination papers of all 49 aspirants for women reserved seats in the
11th Jatiya Sangsad.
After scrutiny of the nomination papers, EC Joint Secretary and Returning
Officer of the polls Abul Kasem made the announcement at his office at
Election Training Institute (ETI) here.
Among 50 reserved seats, AL will get 43, Jatiya Party 4, Workers Party one
and independent candidate one.
BNP-led Oikyafront could get one but none submitted nomination paper from
the alliance.
