PM mourns death of Nurun Nahar Khan
DHAKA, Feb 9, 2019 (BSS) – Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Nurun Nahar Khan, wife of Mymensingh District Awami League President Advocate Zahirul Haque.
In a condolence message, the prime minister prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved family.
Nurun Nahar Khan, also the mother of Prime Minister’s former special assistant late Mahbubul Haque Shakil, died at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital in the early hours of today.
She had been suffering from various old-age complications for a long time.
