domestic and international markets.

The discussants told the meeting that large numbers of students are
receiving education in 133 universities in the country. More than eight lakh

In Bangladesh, there is no scope of job opportunities for the huge
graduates. So, they are being compelled to humming towards international job
markets.

In this context, they mentioned if quality improvement in higher education
were not assured properly the graduates will not access to the job markets in

To mitigate the odd situation, the quality assurance project has been
adopted. Authorities of all the universities concerned should discharge their
duties with utmost sincerity and honesty so that the targeted students could
derive total benefits of the project as a whole, they added.
