Local technologists enough to meet country’s demand: Sherif
DHAKA, Jan 22, 2018 (BSS) – Land Minister Shamsur Rahman Sherif on Sunday
said the technologists of our country would be able to fulfill the all
technological demands of the country.
“No technologists from abroad would be needed in our country as our
technologists are able to complete the demands with fame,” he said.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the 1st conference of Chhatra League
of Pabna University of Science and Technology (PUST), said a press release
here today.
Golam Faruk Prince MP, Pabna Zila Parishad Chairman Rezaul Rahim Lal,
Bangladesh Chhatra League Central Committee President Saifur Rahman Shohag
also spoke.
“The government has been working tirelessly to build a technology based
updated society dreamt by the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur
Rahman,” Sherif said.
He also urged the students to work for building the country free from
communalism inspired by the spirit of the Liberation War.
