DU Bijoy Ekattar Hall sports competition held
DHAKA, Jan 17, 2019 (BSS) – The annual sports competition of Bijoy Ekattar
Hall of Dhaka University (DU) was held today at the central playground of the
university.
Md Ali Mamun, a student of 3rd year BBA of the Department of Finance,
became champion in the contest.
Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) Prof. Dr. Muhammad
Samad inaugurated the competition in the morning as the chief guest.
After the competition Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academic) Prof. Dr. Nasreen
Ahmad distributed prizes among the winners.
Bijoy Ekattar Hall Provost Professor Dr. A J M Shafiul Alam Bhuiyan,
Advisor and Director of Physical Education Centre Prof. Dr. M Ziaul Hoque
Mamun, President of DU Athletics Committee Prof. Dr. Md. Nizamul Hoque
Bhuiyan, house tutors, students of the hall and officials were also present
on this occasion.
