DHAKA, Jan 2, 2019 (BSS) – Severe cold wave is sweeping over Panchaghar district while mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over the rest part of Rangpur division and the regions of Srimangal, Naogaon, Pabna and Chuadanga and it may continue.
Moreover, weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country while light to moderate fog may occur at some places over the country during late night to tomorrow morning, a Met office release said today.
Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, it added.
The country’s highest temperature on Tuesday was recorded 30.2 degree Celsius at Sitakunda in Chattogram while today’s minimum temperature was 4.9 degree Celsius at Tetulia in Rangpur.
The sun sets today at 5.23 pm and rises at 6.42 am tomorrow in the capital.
