Palak for properly educating next generation
NATORE, Jan 05, 2018 (BSS) – State Minister for ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak today urged teachers and mothers to help educate properly the next generation to bring about successes in the education sector.
“Next generation must be properly educated to help develop any area as well as the country. Teachers and mothers could play vital roles to educate the new generation,” he said.
He was speaking as the chief guest at a day-long ‘Chalan Beel Education Fair’ on Singra Court premises at Natore organised by upazila administration.
Singra upazila Mayor Zannatul Ferdous presided over the programme while Singra Gol-e-Afroze Government College principal Atikur Rahman, upazila executive officer Sandip Kumer Sarker spoke, among others.
Palak said the government led by the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has been working tirelessly to develop the country by attaining the goal of educating students.
The government has been developing the education sector, specially the ICT-based education, he said.
A total of 1230 persons were awarded under 46 categories at the programme.
Later, a cultural programme was organized.
