DHAKA, Dec 13, 2018 (BSS) – Information Secretary Abdul Malek today
said there is no alternative to integrity for building a prosperous,
repression-free and transparent Bangladesh.
The information secretary said this as the chief guest while he was
distributing integrity prize of the current years among the officials and
employees at the Press Information Department here this afternoon.
Recalling the contribution of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh
Mujibur Rahman in the month of the victory, the information secretary said
the Father of the Nation has given us a sovereign Bangladesh through
sacrificing his life, adding that so it is our responsibility to develop a
happy, prosperous and repression-free Bangladesh through practicing honesty
and integrity.
The meeting also attended by officers and employees including Additional
Information Officer Fazley Rabbi with Principal Information Officer (PIO)
Kamrun Nahar in the chair.
