BADIUZZAMAN-DEATH-ANNIVERSARY
Shaheed Lt Badiuzzaman’s death anniversary observed
DHAKA, Dec 2, 2018 (BSS) – The 47th death anniversary of Shaheed Lieutenant
Ibn Fazal Badiuzzaman, Bir Protik, was observed today in a befitting manner.
Marking the anniversary, Shaheed Lieutenant Badiuzzaman Bir Protik Smriti
Sangsad O Pathagar organised qurankhwanis and doa mahfils at Badiuzzaman’s
residence and his grave in Akhaura, an ISPR press release said.
Shaheed Badiuzzaman was killed when an artillery cell fell on him during a
front fight against the Pakistan military force at Ramdhan Nagar village
under Akhaura upazila in Brahmanbaria on December 3 in 1971.
In 1949, Badiuzzaman was born at Kashiani upazila in Gopalganj.
