People to give verdict against corruption: Nasim
DHAKA, Nov 30, 2018 (BSS) – Awami League (AL) Presidium Member Mohammed Nasim today expressed optimism that the electorates would give their verdict against those devoid of morality in the 11th general election.
“People would give their verdict against those induced with immorality and also BNP-Jamaat in the coming 11th Parliamentary election,” he said
Nasim, also the spokesperson of 14 alliance party, said this while speaking as the chief guest at a views exchange programme with Peshajibi Shomonnoy Parishad at AL central office at Bangabandhu Avenue.
Criticizing the Jatiya Oikyafront, he said, “December is the month of victory for Bengali nation…this time the election would also held in the month of December and I believe the nation would also achieve the victory against all evil forces, immorality and corruption.”
People across the country are in a festive mood ahead of the election, and they are eager to vote for the symbol ‘boat’, to bring Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina back to power, he said.
Information Minister and president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) Hasanul Haq Inu, General Secretary of Bangladesher Samyabadi Dal Dilip Barua, AL Youth and Sports affairs Secretary Harun -or-Rashid and Federation of Bangladesh University Teachers’ Association (FBUTA) Professor ASM Maksud Kamal were present, among others.
